Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TQAI (www.tq990.com) collects, why, and how long we keep it.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and a salted hash of your password (we never see the plain password).
- Usage records: Chat conversations, the models, volume, timing and billing of API calls, and top-up and redemption records.
- Visit statistics: page path, response status, browser family and referring domain. IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes, used to count visitors and prevent abuse.
- Anything you send us yourself, such as feedback or business enquiries.
How we use it
- To provide Chat, API access, model rankings, AI News and the Skills library.
- To meter usage, bill accounts and process top-ups.
- For security: login rate limits, abuse prevention and incident investigation.
- To improve the product using aggregate statistics. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
- tqai_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days and ends immediately when you sign out or change your password.
- tqai_csrf protects against cross-site request forgery.
- tq_lang remembers the language you chose for 30 days.
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security and performance cookies.
Service providers
- Cloudflare handles content delivery and security for every request.
- Upstream model providers process the content you send through Chat or the API.
- An email provider delivers sign-up and password reset codes.
Retention
- Visit statistics are kept for 90 days, sessions for up to 30 days, and account and billing records until the account is deleted unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
- You can review and update your account, or email [email protected] to export or delete your data.
